Finance Project Manager
The role will support the Finance Program Management Office and is responsible for end-to-end project management and coordination of key strategic initiatives.
The role will focus on process optimization and system implementation projects aligned to Finance Operations department.
Essential Job Functions • Lead and manage project scope, plan, execution, delivery and change management on key Fiance projects • Develop and own detailed project plans with key deliverables, dates, and owners • Coordinate and support internal and external resources required to execute and accomplish project objectives • Lead project meetings, stakeholder meetings, document and publish meeting summaries and action items • Provide periodic project updates to variety of business stakeholders at all levels • Monitor project progress, anticipating, monitoring, escalating and/or resolving risks and issues • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation • Project manage user testing, when required • Utilize project management tools to collaborate and communicate project related activities. • Forge cross-functional partnerships and gain stakeholder buy-in to get the work done. Qualifications • project management experience • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study • Possess enhanced organizational, leadership, management and multi-tasking skills • Exceptional people management, strategic planning, risk management, written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously • Finance or business systems background is preferred • Experience with implementation of ERP is a strong plus • Experience using Smartsheet is desired • Great learning skills and curiosity
