HR Coordinator / HR Specialist
The human resource coordinator provides assistance to the HR Business Partner team in order to more effectively facilitate the human resource processes. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry.

• Collaborates with HR Business Partners to ensure implementation of initiatives and processes.
• Supports team and cross-functional projects within defined area of responsibility.
• Supports HRBP team efforts to deliver services to larger organizational groups.
• Performs daily inputs and data changes into the HRIS system.
• Reviews and audits data entries for accuracy and integrity.
• Facilitates new hire orientation and assisting with new employee hiring processes.
• Assisting with the termination processes.
• Assisting with the recruitment and interview processes.
• Manage immigration processes, policy, and reporting.
Competencies include communication, both written and verbal, as well as organization, time management, and attention to detail.

Education and Experience

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
• Experience with UltiPro preferred.
