With the ongoing growth of the organization, the Talent Acquisition function has developed a new team to scale-up how we deliver creative talent solutions in a more strategic way. Supporting the hiring agenda across the organization with a high-touch service offering, you will be joining a high-performing team where you will be responsible for delivering our white glove talent attraction service to engage top talent. You will be responsible for facilitating the entire candidate lifecycle in terms of scheduling, candidate experience, data management and travel arrangements. Highly-values the candidate experience and this role will have an immediate impact on the experience of our candidates. The Candidate Experience Co-ordinator will be a primary point of contact for information and assistance throughout the interviewing process.
Specific Job Requirements The role will require, but is not limited to, the following duties and responsibilities: • Scheduling on-site interviews and partnering with senior level Administrative Coordinators • Liaising with Recruitment Partners to create a seamless, high touch, candidate experience • Communicate with Recruiting Partners, Hiring Manager and Candidates throughout the approval routing process to ensure timely delivery of an offer • Ensuring an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow-up and communication with senior to executive level candidates throughout the candidate’s lifecycle from initial contact to start date • Ensuring on-site candidates have a positive experience at client by being their main point of contact throughout their day and ensuring the interview schedule flows smoothly • Entering and tracking candidate information in database and ensure appropriate parties have access to necessary information • Ad-hoc reporting and business reporting, as required • Complex calendar management and scheduling of internal and external meetings • Managing multiple tasks and action items (documentation, follow-up and preparation) ensuring appropriate and timely action on deliverables • Co-ordinating complex candidate travel (international/domestic) and expenses Knowledge, Skills & Experience • Bachelor's degree with 2 years of directly relevant experience or 6 + years of directly relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree will be considered • Experience of supporting management in large, corporate environments or senior professionals in a professional services firm • Making candidate care a priority – ensuring that every candidate experiences outstanding service at each step of the process • Closely collaborate with the wider Talent Acquisition team (Resourcing Excellence, Programs, I&D) to deliver a highly-distinguished candidate experience • PC skills, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook tools, requisition management and business reporting • Preferable experience of working with Workday and Concur Behaviors, Capabilities • Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and complete a high-volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills and the ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice • Have excellent judgment, discretion and sensitivity when dealing with high-profile executives and confidential information • Maintain a high degree of professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company • React with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround • Anticipate and troubleshoot; remove obstacles before they become problems • Have impeccable attention to detail
