Customer Quality Support Specialist 

The Customer Quality Support Specialist is responsible for assisting Customer Quality Analysts and Senior Analysts with the coordination of returned complaint product. 

This role is primarily responsible for handling all returned products that are subject to complaint investigations. 

The Customer Quality Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the quality processes associated with product complaint handling, procedures, and controls to ensure that all complaints and complaint products are processed in accordance with established company procedures and worldwide regulations and standards. 

This is a very hands on position.

Associates or Bachelors degree required.

Ability to work independently.
