 DESCRIPTION:

  • Provide support to staff on all company supported applications.
  • Troubleshoot computer problems and determine source, and advise on appropriate action.
  • Complete application project-based work.
  • 2-7 years of experience.
  • Must be experienced with Windows up to and including the most current.
  • Must be familiar with Active Directory (AD).
  • Must be familiar with RSA/Secure ID.
  • Must be familiar with how VPN functions.
  • Must be familiar with IPV4 and IPV6.
  • Must be familiar with Outlook/Exchange.
  • Must be professional and courteous, customer service skills.
  • Must be a self-starter.
  • Must work well in a team environment.
  • System Admin experience is preferred.
  • Mac proficiency preferred.
  • Remedy experience preferred.
  • SCCM experience preferred.

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Call handling, Trouble ticket creation, Trouble ticket remediation, Imaging

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Must have an Associate’s Degree or higher.

REQUIRED SHIFT:

  • 40 hour week, Monday - Friday, Center hours are: 8:00am to 7:00pm EST. Schedule will be determined based on needs of the business.
